Same issue but i fixed it
Go on your game location , right-click on FarmersDynasty.exe select Properties, and then select the Compatibility tab and then check run this program as administrator
it works with my I72600k GTX970 and Windows 7
Enjoy the game 
PS : Be patient at he end of the loading scene, after the small dark , the light
