elasticrubber: I had that problem. When I lost patience and canceled the order, I went into Paypal to see if the payment had been stopped and noticed a little note above the payment that said (as close as I can recall): "e-check in process, expected delivery Apr 20 (this was Apr 16). Seller has been advised not to ship goods until payment received". I don't know why this transaction called for an e-check, or why it takes 4 days to process and deliver an e-check, but there it is. It may be due to currency conversion, as I've had similar delays previously with Paypal, always with international transactions. Now I wish I hadn't canceled the order.
