I bought the game straight through the site, will not I be entitled to a steam copy?

I facebook messaged them about steam key and they responded i should email support

I bought the game here because it wasn't on steam and I wan't to play it on steam. I hope they give us a steam code.

Anyone know what the turnover time for this is?

Sent e-mail in 2 days ago.....my Players Dynasty license has already been deactivated, but still no Steam Key.

I sent my e-mail 2 days ago as well and still have not received my steam key.

Ordered I'm and by three days I'm had steam key. Everything in absolute order

had my key in 12 hours lol

I have sent 2 e-mails over the course of about 3 weeks and I have not received a single reply and no steam code............

Does anybody know are these guys on vacation or what? I've had communications with them in the past and they were pretty quick in responding, I have gone weeks without a response from them about my Steam code. I really wanted the game and did not want to wait out the dispute so I bought it on their site. Now that the dispute is over I would really like to add it to my steam account, I like to keep my games in 1 place. I am trying to be patient, but it only takes a few seconds to respond with "were working on it". I am starting to wish I had just waited for it to go back on steam. I am going to have to start over anyway, and I really want to play but no point since I have to start over.
