It's not a steam key you have to download from this site then use the key code to activate it with your email address. Go to top of forum and click on my Purchases, you will see the download and your key code.
I do not have access - access denied.
Game bought, money transferred, administration is silent.

Well in that case.. I have no clue. When I bought this game I was quite worried it feel cheated as well. Didn't know anything about the site, so I took a chance. It haven't let me down yet.
Several people have had issues buying the game. I haven't heard anyone getting an access denied

Sorry I can't be of any help. I really hate that you feel cheated. I think Toplitz or UIG, or whoever they are deserves a well-meant kick in the butt. Support and feedback is just unacceptable and suprisingly neglected

That has me puzzled as well. I would be able to accept half a days response time, but we're passed that. Other had to way several days for response. I can't believe they leave customers hanging. I'm able to accept different explanations from them. But I haven't gotten any explanation. Just uncertainty. How can they let this happen?
