I see. You don't have to install Visual studio, just the visual C++ redistributable.

Problems with missing DLL's should be solved if you install the 32bit version of Visual C++ Redistributable.
You will have to download vc_redist.x86.exe from the link provided. If this does not work we will probably have to copy some files around.
